Due to the temperature-sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final. Our peptide products require strict cold-chain storage at +2 to +8°C, and we cannot verify proper temperature maintenance once items leave our facility.
No Returns
We do not accept returns on any products. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be returned to us due to cold-chain integrity requirements.
No Refunds
All purchases are non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
Exception: Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect order, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery at info@propeptide.com with photographic evidence. We will review these situations on a case-by-case basis and work to resolve the issue appropriately.
